Please be aware that Carlene is not a nutritionist, medical professional or therapist. All she offers is 21 years experience working with obese women. There's a lot of knowledge there, but you should never take anything she says above that of your doctors or other medical professionals. With that said, what do you hope Carlene can help you with in your current weight loss situation or in the ability to sustain the loss after your GLP-1 treatment.
